HADEN CAMPBELL

Born and raised in beautiful Victoria, BC, Haden Campbell loves the city and its residents. He takes pride in his client-relationship-based approach to buying and selling real estate and strives to provide the highest level of customer service. At all times professional, knowledgeable and efficient, Haden will show you how your real estate goals can be achieved. Having completed the Urban Land Economics diploma program, with a specialization in Development/Investment Analysis, he uses the most up-to-date marketing strategies and monitors current market trends to ensure you will feel confident in the expertise and service you receive in making your real estate decisions, whether buying a new home or selling your current home.
For fun, he enjoys exploring Victoria and the surrounding areas by hiking or boating with friends. He is a sports enthusiast and plays team and individual sports, including soccer, squash, and waterskiing. Traveling and learning about different cultures has always been a passion.
Haden is actively involved with the community, taking part in events such as the TC 10K and Jingle Mingle. He also actively sponsors and organizes fundraising events for charity including King of the Cups and a Casino Royal Poker night, with funds going to the BC Cancer Foundation and the World Food Program.

CATHIE JEFFREY

Born and raised in Oak Bay, Cathie saw Victoria as home base for work and travel early on and with her husband of 30 years, Trent, before they eventually chose Shawnigan Lake to raise their family. Their two boys, Grant and Colin, would become the 5th generation to live on the family property. Island roots run deep!
Cathie comes to real estate naturally, if by a circuitous route through a trust company management and marketing consultant background. Her father was a Realtor in Victoria for over 50 years, and she has had the pleasure of working with her licensed brother in several past projects and now here at Island Realm. The experience of constantly seeking out unique needs and adjusting for personal service honed Cathie’s skills for hearing what isn’t said and on delivering more than was asked for.
Consultative and inquisitive by nature, Cathie thrives on building relationships, and through her over 16 years in the real estate business she is most proud of the challenging new-town development work she has been involved in in Mexico and as Director of Sales here on the Island. In addition to assisting clients find their ideal homes all over the Island, she took an active role in working with Indigenous people in both countries to create and support growth and opportunities within these communities.

In her personal world, Cathie can be found on the side of a box or field lacrosse game, on a walk with a camera, traveling with Trent or friends, or (soon!) teaching her grandson how to outwit his parents :).

KELLIE SIMONOVIC

Kellie is a homegrown, born and raised Vancouver Island girl, graduating from the University of Victoria with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy. She has a diverse background that includes managing at The Keg, teaching in Korea, volunteering with crime victims, and as an award-winning Representative in the pharmaceutical industry specializing in Neuroscience. Kellie is goal-driven, committed to the art of active listening, and believes that great communication is at the core of every positive relationship. Her experiences contribute in many ways to her professional career as a dedicated Realtor.
From homeownership and managing her own revenue properties since 2002, Kellie’s passion was born for matching clients with the optimal home to meet their needs. Whether a family is just starting out, expanding, or downsizing, Kellie wants to find the right fit for each family dynamic. For someone wanting to invest in real estate, she will work tirelessly to acquire the right property for your portfolio. Kellie and her husband love living in their Heritage home in Gordon Head with their twin son and daughter. In her spare time, she can be found watching her children play sports or happily working in the garden.

SAMANTHA ARMSTRONG

Samantha joined the Island Realm Team in 2022 and is currently working on obtaining her trading license. She graduated from Royal Roads University in 2017 with her Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management. With a diverse background in customer service, sales, accounting, leadership and more, she decided that the Real Estate Industry was where she wanted to stay and grow her career.
Samantha was born and raised on Vancouver Island, and while she loves to travel, wouldn’t choose anywhere else in the world to live. Some of her favorite locations to travel have been Thailand, Nigeria and Vietnam. When she is not working, you can find Sam hiking with her partner and dog Charlie, rock climbing or planning her next adventure.

DANE SKINNER

Born in Victoria and raised in the Cowichan Valley Dane moved back to Victoria 3 years ago after falling in love with the city. Dane brings his experience and expertise in computer sciences from the University of British Columbia to his role in developments. He exudes a natural ability to make others feel welcome and is always striving to expand his knowledge of real estate. When not working, you can find Dane taking part in long distance running, he runs almost daily for 10KM and more!
